Service Description

This 6-week ceramic sculpture class is designed for artists of all skill levels who want to explore the creative possibilities of working with clay. Meeting once a week for two-hour sessions, the class will introduce three unique sculpting techniques, each paired with a hands-on project that allows students to develop and apply their new skills. In addition to weekly instruction, enrollment includes full access to the pottery studio throughout the 6-week course, giving students extra time to practice, experiment, and refine their work outside of class. Whether you are brand new to clay or looking to expand your sculptural techniques, this class will build a strong foundation in ceramic sculpture and provide the experience needed to create a wide variety of decorative and functional pottery pieces. *No experience is required for this class

Upcoming Sessions

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy CLASSES and WORKSHOPS: Refunds for 6 week classes and workshops are welcomed up to 7 days before the start of that class, minus a 10% administrative fee (or you can opt to receive a full refund as store credit). No refunds are given within 7 days of the start of the class or session, or after a class has started. Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather conditions or a power outage may force us to close the studio and/or cancel classes. In these circumstances, we will notify students via email as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule the cancelled classes, but this is not always possible and we cannot make any guarantees regarding rescheduled or replacement classes. Note for all our classes: we are committed to giving you a fun and fulfilling pottery experience, but not necessarily a physical piece of pottery. Although we hope you'll end up making something you love, it doesn't always work out. Pottery is a dynamic material, and even the most skilled potter has failures coming out of the kiln. Although it is our goal for everyone to have a tangible result at the end of a class or workshop, sometimes there are factors that prevent this from happening: such as kiln mishaps, misplaced or mislabeled pieces, breakage, and communication issues. Due to space restrictions, we can only hold pottery for one month after it is completed. If you haven't heard from us within one month of the completion of your class or workshop, please get in touch ASAP. CERAMICS and OTHER GOODS: Returns or exchanges on physical merchandise are accepted at our location within 14 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged and unused. You are responsible for safely packing the item and bring it back to us at our store in, Seattle.
